Team Building

Team workFor corporate team building we offer the following

  1. An engaging event for four to forty staff.
  2. Coaching and training with the focus on teamwork.
  3. Venues, catering, drinks and production expertise to make for a great event.
  4. The latest multiple-player simulations that are team oriented, interactive and immersive.  Options include Bungie's Halo, id Software's Quake III Arena  specially modified for our purposes, Counter-Strike, and Marine Doom.
  5. A unique, electronic voice network which allows everyone to speak to each other while playing.  Note this is not used with Halo as team members stand side by side.

We can put large numbers of your people into entirely believable virtual worlds where we run them through simulations and scenarios which would be impossible or ridiculously dangerous in the real world.

Our philosophy is that the cornerstone of team building is getting people together in a stimulating learning environment which forces them to communicate and cooperate.  It also helps that it is fun, does not insult their intelligence and that there is a bar.  Consider the following:

1)  People WANT to play these simulations.   Take a close look at your corporate servers and networks which right now have people playing Doom or Quake.  The key to their popularity is that the games allow people to interact with each other in ways much more interesting and exciting than real life e.g. playing a battle-hardened space marine saving the human race versus firing rubber bands at your mate across the desk.
2)  These simulations look like the image above, where each avatar on the screen represents a person in the real world and the screen shows what one person would see.
3)  We have designed a team-oriented program which starts people out easily but eventually puts them in a competitive situation where the team that works together best will win. Once that lesson is learned, teams can try it again and again.  For example, the team games include Capture the Flag and Marine Doom, an official USMC training tool.
4)  A few hours of this "is like a weekend of Outward Bound", according to David Pitman, Vice President, Merrill Lynch International Bank.
5)  We can put your teams through this exhilarating program in an afternoon or evening in central London or at your off-sites and conferences.
